Chemolithoautotrophie (auch Chemosynthese) ist eine Form des chemotrophen Energiestoffwechsels (Chemotrophie), bei dem anorganische Verbindungen oder Ionen die Reduktionsäquivalente für den Energiegewinn liefern.
